
Hungarian mixture
Ingredients:
- 150 g of the TOJE ready mixture Naples
- 400 g of the TOJE ready mixture Mexico
- 1000 g of beef hind
- 150 g of bacon
- 300 g of green pepper
- 200 g of onion
- 50 g of oil
- 20 g of garlic
- 500 g of tomatoes
- 2000 g of water
- 200 g of sour cream
- 2000 g of hollowed out bread - frozen
Procedure:
Put the hollowed out bread into a bag and unthaw it in a microwave oven for ½ minute at a full power. Roast the bacon chopped into small cubes in the oil, add beef meat and green pepper chopped into small cubes, sieved garlic and roast it all shortly. Pour it with water, add the ready mixtures Mexico and Naples. Boil it until the meat is tender and just about to end add tomatoes cut into quarters and sour cream. Simmer it all well and fill the hollowed out bread with it.
