
Herbal butter
Ingredients:
- 250 g of butter
- 25 g of the TOJE seasoning paste - choose the taste of the seasoning paste according to the kind of butter
Procedure:
Leave the butter to soften in the room temperature. Then, mix it with the chosen TOJE seasoning paste. The kind of seasoning paste you use influences the taste and colour. Wrap it into the aluminium foil and leave it to become stiff in the fridge. Use the butter made like this best for grilling, for steaks.
