
Pancake mosaic
Ingredients:
- 6 dcl of milk
- 2 eggs
- 300 g of smooth flour
- vegetable oil, salt
- The mosaic filling :
- 450 g of cottage cheese
- 150 g of the TOJE piece topping apple
- 150 g of the TOJE piece topping sour cherry
- 150 g of the TOJE piece topping strawberry
- 1 packet of gelatine
Procedure:
Mix the cottage cheese with the swollen gelatine and divide it into three identical pieces. Mix every piece with certain TOJE piece topping. Now, the maker for mosaic is needed - the best is the „venison back" form, which is covered with cling film. At first, put empty pancakes into the form so that their edges exceed its brink. Then pour the form with half of the cottage cheese and the TOJE piece toping apple. Fold the remaining pancakes so that they make the shape of number eight and pour them with the cottage cheese and always one with the TOJE piece topping sour cherry, the second with the TOJE piece topping strawberry. Now, roll the pancakes up and put them into the form one by one. Pour them with the second part of the cottage cheese and the TOJE piece topping apple and wrap it with the exceeding edges of pancakes. Finally, wrap it into the exceeding cling film. Leave it in a cold place to become stiff until the next day. Cut it into thicker slices and decorate it with whipped cream and the TOJE piece topping.
