
Crumble cake
Ingredients:
- 125 ml of lukewarm milk
- 500 g of smooth flour
- 20g of yeast
- 230g of sugar
- 1 egg
- 40g fat for baking
- 1kg of the TOJE piece topping - sour cherry
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 2 spoons of breadcrumbs
- 50g of butter
Procedure:
Pour the flour into a bowl and make a hollow in the middle, crumble the yeast into it and finally add sugar and lukewarm milk. Stir it all well, cover it with dishcloth and leave it for about 15 minutes in a warm place. Then add egg and run fat. Stir it all well. Cover the dough and leave it in a warm place for next 30 minutes.
Roll out the risen dough in a farinose baking tray and let it work for the next 15 minutes. Make a crumble from the rest of flour, butter, sugar and vanilla sugar.
Dredge the dough increased in volume with breadcrumbs and pour it with the piece topping. Finally, pour the cake with crumble and bake it in the oven preheated for 175 °C for about 40 minutes.
