
Gelatinous cake
Ingredients:
- 1 cake base
- 1 "pribináček" (sweet cottage cheese)
- 1 slice of gelatine
- 200g of piece topping - sour cherry
Procedure:
At first, it is necessary to buy the cake base with high edge. Pour the bottom with a thick layer of "pribináček" (sweet cottage cheese), then pour the piece topping mixed with gelatine melted in tepid water. Finally, pour all with the rest of gelatine. Leave it in the fridge to become stiff until the next day. Serve decorated with whipped cream.
