
Jang-Šou salmon
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of salmon steaks (1 portion 2Oog)
- 800 ml of water
- 30 g of starch
- 50 ml of soya sauce
- 10 g of the TOJE seasoning paste (pineapple - curry)
- vinegar, sugar, salt
- ground cumin, ginger
- oil
Procedure:
Season the salmon steak with salt, ginger and ground cumin, cover it with starch and roast it in the pan. Mix the water, soya sauce, ginger, the TOJE seasoning paste pineapple - curry in the pot and simmer it shortly. Season this base according to your taste with sugar, vinegar and thicken it with the starch mixed with cold water. In a sauce made like this simmer the roasted salmon shortly and leave overnight to mature. We recommend using honey instead of sugar and add red wine into the sauce.
