
Egypt fish Tajine
Ingredients :
- 300g Ready mixture Naples TOJE
- 100g Ready mixture Mexico TOJE
- 70g Seasoning paste Pepper-garlic TOJE
- 1500g Fish (pike or perch)
- 50g Garlic
- 20ml Lemon sauce
- 200g Wheat flour fine
- oil, saffron, salt
Procedure :
Marinate fish in the lemon sauce, seasong paste pepper-garlin, oil, pressed garlic, salt and saffron. Cover in the flour and roast it. Put 1/2 of mixture Mexico and Naples into baking dish. Add the fish and the rest of mixture. Bake about 30 minutes at 170°C.
