
Fillet in the potato pancake
Ingredients :
Potato pancake
- 1500 g Fish fillet
- 1500 g Potatoes
- 200 ml Milk
- 15 g Seasoning paste TOJE (pepper-garlic)
- 200 g Wheat fine flour
- 4 pieces Eggs
- Garlic, salt, pepper, marjoram
- flour to cover fillet
Procedure:
Potato pancake:
Grate potatoes on the rough side of the grater and wash well in the cold water. Filter the water and add the TOJE seasoning paste (pepper-garlic), 2 spoons of oil, milk, flour (according to consistence), eggs, marjoram, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well and leave to mature for 30 minutes. Cover the fillet and fry well. Put the fillet in the potato pancakes out on the plate and dry the excess oil.
