
Roast chanterelles with onion and blue cheese
Ingredients:
Recipe for 10 portions
- 1 kg of mushrooms - chanterelles
- 1 kg of peeled potatoes
- 0,5 kg of peeled onion
- oil, salt, pepper
- Cheese sauce:
- 1,5 litres of water
- 100 g of the TOJE cheese paste - blue
- 100 g of cream
- 150 g of the TOJE universal powder basis
Procedure:
At first, prepare the cheese sauce. Mix the TOJE universal powder basis with half litre of cold water and pour it into the rest of boiling water. Simmer it shortly and add the TOJE cheese paste - blue. Soften it with cream and leave it under the lid to cool off. Chop the onion into small cubes and roast them in the oil, add the chanterelles and 1dcl of water. Simmer it and mix it with potatoes chopped into small cubes. Pour it with the cheese sauce and put it into the oven preheated for 170°C. Roast it until the surface changes colour into gold.
We recommend: Serve it with sour cream, possibly add the TOJE seasoning paste herbs - garlic into the cheese sauce.
