
Omelette filled with ham and champignons
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- oil
- 100 g of ham
- 60 g of the TOJE champignon mixture
- salt, white pepper
Procedure:
Mix the egg with salt and pepper. Pour oil and egg into the hot pan. Without stirring prepare the omelette, put slices of ham and TOJE champignon mixture on it, fold it and serve immediately.
