
Roasted potatoes with garlic dressing
Ingredients:
- 900 g of boiled potatoes
- 100 g of English bacon
- 50 g of the TOJE seasoning paste (pepper - onion)
- 1 kg of sour cream
- 100 g of the TOJE seasoning paste (pepper - garlic)
- oil
Procedure:
Mash hot boiled potatoes with a fork. Roast the English bacon cut into noodles in the oil, add the TOJE seasoning paste pepper - onion and potatoes. Roast it all well. Each portion of potatoes serves in the middle of a plate. Finally, mix the sour cream and the TOJE seasoning paste pepper - garlic. Pour this dressing over the potatoes. Potatoes made like this serve as a main dish, warm starter or a side dish.
