
Cranberry sauce with honey – for steaks
Ingredients:
- 80 g of the TOJE fruit - venison paste
- 1 litre of water
- 30 g of starch
- 0,1 litre of brandy
- 50 g of the TOJE beef bouillon
- 0,1 litre of sweet red wine
- 100 g of honey
- 100 g of cranberry fruit compote
- pepper, salt
Procedure:
Add the TOJE fruit - venison paste to ¾ of boiling water, add honey, the TOJE beef bouillon and red wine. Simmer it all shortly and thicken it with starch mixed in the rest of cold water. Simmer it all once more to eliminate the taste of starch. Season the sauce with cranberry fruit compote, red whine, brandy and according to your taste season with salt and pepper. We recommend serving this sauce with steaks, roast meat of vegetable dishes.
