
Pizza Naples
Ingredients:
The list of ingredients for two big pizzas:
- 300 g of smooth flour
- 25 g yeast (1 cube is enough)
- 2 dcl tepid water
- 1 spoon of olive oil
- 100 g of the TOJE ready mixture Naples
- 200 g of mozzarella
- salt, sugar
Procedure:
Put all ingredients together and stir it well. Do not prepare leaven in any case! Make smooth dough, pour it with oil, cover it with wet dishcloth and leave to mature in the fridge. Before rolling it out, pour the rolling board with flour to prevent sticking it. Roll the pizza out according to your fantasy and pour it with the TOJE ready mixture Naples, decorate with ham and finally add mozzarella. Bake in a well heated oven on the maximum output of heat.
