
Baked tortellini - gratineed
Ingredients:
- 2,5 litres of water
- 300 g of the TOJE béchamel basis
- 100 g of cream
- 250 g of the TOJE cheese paste
- 5 ml. of brandy
- 2 kg of boiled tortellini
Procedure:
In one third of water stir the TOJE béchamel basis and pour it into the remaining water. Add the TOJE cheese paste, simmer and soften it with cream. Finally, stir it with brandy. Bake the tortellini in a bowl for gratineeing of in one-portion bowls for baking. Pour tortellini into the bowl and pour it with the TOJE cheese sauce. Bake in the oven at the temperature of 180 C for about 15 minutes or gratineed in the salamander.
