
Marinated neck
Ingredients:
- 2 kg of neck with bone
- 100 g of the TOJE seasoning paste pepper - garlic
- 500 ml of oil
- 20 ml of white wine
- 1,5 litres of water
- 150 g of the TOJE paste sauce for grilling
Procedure:
Cut the neck into portion of 200g and marinate them in a marinade made of oil, wine and seasoning paste. Leave to mature in the fridge overnight. Roast the meat quickly in the pan, put it out and pour water into the gravy, add the TOJE paste sauce for grilling and simmer well. We recommend adding the TOJE seasoning paste pepper - garlic.
