Ingredients :
Meat balls
- 1 kg Minced meat
- 160g Eggs 4 pieces
- 110g Breadcrumbs
- 50g Wheat flour
- 20g Garlic
Sauce
- 200g Goulash paste TOJE
- 50g Ready mixture Naples TOJE
- 2300ml Water
- 500g Beans white steril.
- 20g Garlic
- 40g Wheat flour
Procedure :
By mixing minced meat, eggs, breadcrumbs, pressed garlic and flour aou make the balls about 100g. Put them to the boiled water with paste goulash, ready mixture Naples TOJE and pressed garlic. Boil it about 40 minuts, add flour for perfect consistence and add the beans. Salt by your taste.
