
Roast sirloin with TOJE cream sauce
Ingredients:
- 1500 g of beef hind
- 100 g of bacon
- 150 g of the TOJE sirloin paste
- 1500 g of water
- 300 g of smooth flour
- 150 g of whipping cream
Procedure:
Put the lard beef into the boiling water, add the TOJE sirloin paste and boil until the meat is tender. Put the meat out and thicken the sauce with flour mixed with cold water and simmer it all well. Soften it with whipping cream and according to your taste season it with lemon, mustard, sugar or salt.
