
Viennese roast beef
Ingredients:
- 10 thicker slices of sirloin
- 1 litre of water
- 50 g of the TOJE seasoning paste (pepper - onion)
- 1 kg of onion
- 20 g of the TOJE paste - beef sauce
- oil, salt, pepper
Procedure:
Tenderize the sirloin, season it with salt, pepper and marinate into the TOJE seasoning paste (pepper - onion) with oil. Roast it quickly in the pan on both sides, put the meat out and pour the gravy with water, add the TOJE paste - beef sauce and simmer it. Cut the onion into thin rings and roast it in the pan (in bigger amount of oil). When serving, pour the meat with the sauce and decorate with roasted onion.
