
Pfeffersteak
Ingredients:
- 10 thicker sirloin slices
- 1litre of water
- 100 g of the TOJE pepper paste
- 100 g of whipping cream (33%)
- 100 g of the TOJE paste - beef sauce
- oil, salt, pepper
Procedure:
Season the sirloin and roast it in the pan, put the meat out and pour the gravy with water. Add the TOJE paste - beef sauce and simmer it, then add the TOJE pepper paste and soften it with cream, pour the meat with the sauce and serve.
