
Russian sirloin
Ingredients:
- 300 g of minced meat (50 % of beef + 50 % of pork)
- 1 egg
- 15 g of breadcrumbs
- 10 g of flour
- 20 g of the TOJE seasoning paste (pepper - garlic)
- salt, oil for burger roasting
- 100 g of the TOJE sirloin paste
- 1 litre of water
- 90 g of the TOJE béchamel basis
- 50 g of the whipping cream 33%
- 30 g of the TOJE beef bouillon
- 50 g of the TOJE seasoning paste - champignons
Procedure:
Prepare the burgers by mixing the minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs and the TOJE seasoning paste (pepper - garlic). According to your needs season it with salt and leave in the fridge to mature for about one hour. Then, shape smaller burgers (about 50g) and roast them quickly in the oil.
Pour ¾ of litre of water into the gravy, add the TOJE sirloin paste, the TOJE beef bouillon and the TOJE seasoning paste (champignons), simmer for 10 minutes. In the rest of cold water mix the TOJE béchamel basis and pour it into the boiling basis. Simmer the sauce well, at least for 10 minutes. Soften it with cream and season it with lemon, salt or sugar according to your taste. We recommend simmering the burgers together with the sauce. They will get the full taste.
