
Bolognese mixture
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of minced meat (50% of beef + 50% of pork)
- 300 g of the TOJE ready mixture Naples
- 0,2 litre of water
- salt, oil
Procedure:
Roast the minced meat in the oil, pour it with red wine and water, add the TOJE ready mixture Naples. Simmer and stir from time to time for about ½ hour. According to your taste, season it with salt and serve it with various kinds of pasta. To intensify the taste we recommend adding the TOJE seasoning paste (tomato - basil).
