
Goulash
Ingredients:
- 1,5 kg of the beef hind
- 300 g of the TOJE paste - goulash sauce
- 3 litres of water
- 100 g of the TOJE béchamel basis
- oil for roasting of the meat
Procedure:
Roast the beef cut into small cubes in the oil, pour it with water and add the TOJE paste - goulash sauce. Boil it until the meat is tender. According to your needs, thicken it with the TOJE universal béchamel basis mixed with water.
We recommend: To intensify the taste you can add the TOJE seasoning paste (pepper - garlic).
