
Sirloin – chicken marrow
Ingredients:
- 400 g of the chicken breasts
- 100 g of the TOJE sirloin paste
- 100 g of the TOJE béchamel basis
- 50 g of whipping cream (33%)
- 100g of sterilized sweet capsicum
- 1 litre of water
- oil, salt
Procedure:
Roast the chicken breasts cut into noodles in a pot, pour them with water and add the TOJE sirloin paste. Boil until the meat becomes tender and then thicken with the TOJE béchamel sauce mixed in cold water. Add the mixed sterilized sweet capsicum. Finally, soften it all with cream. According to your taste, season it with salt, sweeten it with sugar or make sour with lemon juice. To intensify the taste we recommend adding the TOJE paste beef bouillon.
