
Chicken nuggets with pepper sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of chicken breasts
- 100 g of starch
- 3 eggs
- 50 g of the TOJE seasoning paste (pepper - onion)
- 200 g of the TOJE pepper paste
- 240 g of the TOJE béchamel basis
- 2 l of water
- 10 g of whipping cream (33%)
- oil, salt
Procedure:
Cut the chicken breasts into noodles, season them with the TOJE seasoning paste (pepper - onion), add the starch and egg and roast it all in the oil. Then prepare the pepper sauce - mix the TOJE béchamel basis in a part of cold water and pour it into the rest of boiling water. Simmer for at least 5 minutes and add the TOJE pepper paste. Simmer it and soften with cream. Pour the sauce over chicken nuggets.
