
Pork livers with onion
Ingredients:
- 300 g of pork livers
- 700 g of water
- 50 g of the TOJE paste - pork sauce
- oil, marjoram, salt, pepper
Procedure:
Cut the livers into wide noodles, season them with pepper slightly and roast them in the oil. Pour them with water, add the TOJE paste - pork sauce and marjoram. Simmer it and stir it from time to time for about 30 minutes. Season it with salt according to your taste and serve. You can enlarge the amount of sauce by adding water and the TOJE béchamel basis. We recommend adding the TOJE seasoning paste (herbs- garlic), you will get more intensified taste with a touch of fresh herbs.
