
Bolognese sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of minced meat
- 1kg of the TOJE ready mixture Naples
- 200 g of grated cheese
- spaghetti - (125g per portion)
- garlic, salt, pepper, water
Procedure:
Mix the minced meat with salt, pepper and garlic, roast it in the oil and add the TOJE ready mixture Naples and if needed, pour it with water, stew it until the meat becomes tender. Pour this mixture over spaghetti and strew it with grated cheese.
We recommend: Add the TOJE seasoning paste tomato - basil into the mixture and simmer it - you will get very distinctive taste of meat mixture.
