
Pork vignette with curry
Ingredients:
- 2 kg of virgin sirloin
- 500 g of pineapple
- 100 g of the TOJE paste la minute sauce
- 100 g of the TOJE seasoning paste curry - pineapple
- 1 litre of water
- salt, pepper, oil
Procedure:
Tenderize the virgin sirloin slightly, season it with salt and pepper, pour it with the TOJE seasoning paste, oil and leave to mature in the fridge for about 2 hours. Roast it in the oil quickly, put it out on a plate and pour the gravy with water. Add the TOJE paste la minute sauce and the TOJE seasoning paste, then add pineapple cut into small cubes. Simmer it and season with salt according to your taste. Serve immediately. When serving, pour the meat with the sauce with pineapple cubes.
