
Poultry soup with herbal batter drops
Ingredients:
- 3 litres of water
- 30 g of the TOJE chicken bouillon
- 30 g of salt
- vegetable mixture for soups
- Batter drops:
- 2 eggs
- 2,5 dl of milk
- 200 g of coarsely ground flour
- 20 g of the TOJE seasoning paste herbs - garlic
- parsley haulm
Procedure:
Stir the TOJE chicken bouillon and salt in boiling water. Simmer shortly and serve. When serving, pour the batter drops and vegetable mixture with the boiling bouillon and decorate with cut parsley haulm.
Preparation of batter drops: Stir the egg and TOJE seasoning paste in milk and gradually add flour. Press the thick batter through a coarse sieve into the boiling salty water. Simmer shortly, filter and sluice in cold water.
The seasoning paste will bring more interesting taste and appearance of the soup.
