
Goulash soup
Ingredients:
- 400 g of the beef fore shank
- 600 g of boiled potatoes
- 2,6 l of water
- 300 g of TOJE paste - goulash sauce
- flour, salt
Procedure:
Roast the fine-cut or fine-grained meat in a pot. Pour with water and stir the TOJE goulash paste. Simmer until the meat softens, then add boiled potatoes into the soup and thicken with flour mixed with cold water according to your taste. Season with salt according to your taste and simmer it all well.
