
Beef soup with batter drops and garlic
Ingredients:
- 10 g of the TOJE beef bouillon
- 1 litre of water
- 50 g of the frozen vegetable mixture for soups
- 1 garlic clove
- parsley, salt
- For batter drops preparation:
- 1 egg
- 50 ml of milk
- 150 g of flour
- oil, salt
Procedure:
Mix the TOJE beef bouillon paste with one litre of boiling water, add garlic and salt and simmer it.
Mix batter drops with the soup before serving. Finally, decorate the soup with cut parsley.
Batter drops preparation:
Mix the egg with milk, season with salt and add flour and oil. Boil the batter in salty water and sluice under cold water.
