
Beef soup with cheese dumplings
Ingredients:
- 20 g of TOJE beef bouillon
- 20 g of salt
- 2 litres of water
- 200 g of frozen vegetable mixture
- Cheese dumplings:
- 1 egg
- 50 g of butter
- 100 g of semolina
- 100 g of the TOJE blue cheese paste
Procedure:
Beef bouillon:
Boil the water and add the TOJE bouillon, salt and vegetable mixture. Simmer until the vegetables soften.
Cheese dumplings:
Melt the butter, add salt, semolina, TOJE cheese paste and the egg. Mix it all well and leave to rest in the fridge for about 10 minutes. Using 2 tea spoons shape the dumplings to the salt water. Simmer and leave under the lid to get cooked for 5 minutes without boiling. Put the ready dumplings out carefully and add them to the soup.
