
Beef soup with liver dumplings
Ingredients:
- 1 litre of water
- 10 g of the TOJE beef bouillon
- 10 g of salt
- 3 pieces of liver dumplings (per portion)
- 40 g of boiled noodles per 1 portion
- parsley haulm
Procedure:
Add the TOJE beef paste and salt into one litre of boiling water and simmer. When serving, pour noodles and liver dumplings with the hot bouillon. Finally, decorate with cut parsley.
