
Minestrone
Ingredients:
- 1 litre of water
- 10 g of the TOJE beef bouillon
- 100 g of the TOJE tomato paste
- 50 g of TOJE universal béchamel basis
- 50 g of wide noodles
- 1 clove of garlic
- parsley
- salt
Procedure:
Put the TOJE beef bouillon and salt into ¾ of the boiling water. In the rest of the water mix the TOJE béchamel basis, pour it to the boiling water during permanent stirring, simmer for 5 minutes, add the TOJE tomato paste, garlic and simmer shortly. Boil wide noodles in salty water, add them to the soup while serving. Finally, decorate the soup with parsley.
