
Kulajda
Ingredients:
- 1 litre of water
- 10 g of the TOJOX bouillon
- 40 g of the TOJE universal béchamel basis
- 150 g of the TOJE dill paste
- 50 ml of cream
- 100 g of potatoes cut into small cubes
- 50 g of dried mushrooms
- 1 egg
- salt
Procedure:
Put the TOJOX paste and salt into ¾ of the boiling water, add cut potatoes, dried mushrooms and boil it until they are semi soft. Mix the TOJE béchamel basis in the rest of water and during permanent stirring pour it to the boiling water, simmer for 5 minutes, add the TOJE dill paste and boil shortly. Mix the egg in the boiling soup and soften it with cream.
