
Forester soup
Ingredients:
- 2,5 litres of water
- 750 g of peeled potatoes
- 100 g of bacon
- 100 g of the TOJE béchamel basis
- 200 g of the TOJE venison - mushroom paste
- 20 g of cream
- oil, marjoram, salt, pepper
Procedure:
Roast the bacon cut into small cubes in the oil, pour it with water and add potatoes cut into cubes, TOJE venison - mushroom paste, salt, pepper and marjoram. Boil it until potatoes soften and thicken it with TOJE béchamel basis mixed with cold water. Finally, soften it all with cream.
