Tomato soup
Ingredients:
- 1 litre of water
- 10 g of the TOJOX bouillon
- 100 g of the TOJE tomato paste
- 50 g of the TOJE universal béchamel basis
- salt
Procedure
Add the TOJOX bouillon, salt and TOJE tomato paste to 1 litre of boiling water, simmer and thicken with TOJE béchamel basis mixed with cold water.
Always put fillings into this soup - rice of wide noodles.
