
Chicken soup with liver dumplings
Ingredients:
- 1 litre of water
- 10 g of the TOJE chicken bouillon
- salt
- Dumplings:
- 100 g of poultry livers
- 2 eggs
- TOJE seasoning paste (pepper - garlic)
- marjoram, pepper, salt, breadcrumbs, parsley
Procedure:
Melt the TOJE chicken bouillon and salt in 1 litre of boiling water.
Meat dumplings:
Mince the poultry livers, add flour, eggs, salt, pepper, marjoram, TOJE seasoning paste (pepper - garlic) and breadcrumbs. Mix it all and form dumplings, boil them in salty water with a little of the chicken bouillon. When serving, decorate with parsley.
