
Chicken soup with meat and noodles
Ingredients:
- 10 g of the TOJE chicken bouillon
- 1 l of water
- 10 g of salt
- 40 g of boiled noodles per portion
- 100 g of the chicken breast
- 100 g of the mixed vegetables for soups
- cut parsley
Procedure:
Add 10g of the TOJE chicken bouillon and 10g of salt into 1 litre of boiling water and simmer. Cut the chicken breast into small cubes and roast it in the pan. Add it to the soup and simmer. When serving, mix the chicken meat with noodles and mixed vegetables, pour it all with the hot bouillon and decorate with cut parsley.
