
Cold Gazpacho soup
Ingredients:
- 2 litres of water
- 20 g of TOJE paste beef bouillon
- 0,5 kg of fresh cucumber
- 0,5 kg of green pepper
- 0,5 kg of the TOJE ready mixture Naples
- 200 g of breadcrumbs
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 rolls
- salt, pepper, oil, wine vinegar
Add to the soup:
- 100 g of green pepper
- 100 g of fresh cucumber
- 200 g of tomatoes
Procedure:
Stir the TOJE paste beef bouillon and salt into the boiling water and simmer. Leave to get cold and add cucumber cut into cubes, green pepper, garlic and breadcrumbs. Mix all and season with salt, sugar and wine vinegar. Put the soup in the fridge to get cold under the lid.
Serving of the soup:
Cut pepper, cucumber and tomato into small cubes and put them into the plate and pour it with the soup. Roast rolls cut into small cubes in the oil and stew them on the surface of the soup.
