
Cheese onion soup
Ingredients:
- 3 litres of water
- 30 g of TOJE TOJOX bouillon
- 600 g of onion
- 60 g of TOJE - BLUE cheese sauce
- 100 g of flour
- salt, oil, marjoram
Procedure:
Cut the onion into lunette shapes and roast it in the oil. Pour with water, add TOJOX bouillon, about 30g of flour, marjoram and TOJE cheese paste and simmer for about 15 minutes. Finally, thicken the soup with the flour mixed with cold water, boil for 5 minutes and serve.
We recommend: When serving, decorate the soup with cut parsley and strew with croutons. Try to season the soup with TOJE seasoning paste pepper - garlic.
