
Cheese – garlic soup
Ingredients:
Recipe per 10 portion á 330 g
- 2,5 litre of water
- 100 g of TOJE cheese paste
- 750 g of potatoes (peeled)
- 4 pieces of garlic
- 75 g of TOJE universal béchamel sauce basis
- 2 eggs
Procedure:
Stir the TOJE cheese paste in boiling water. Add potatoes cut into cubes, sieved garlic and boil until potatoes become softer. Thicken with TOJE béchamel basis stirred in cold water. Leave to simmer and add mixed egg, leave to curdle during continuous stirring.
We recommend serving it with roasted roll cut into cubes and fresh parsley.
