
Vegetable soup with batter drops
Ingredients:
- 1 litre of water
- 10 g of the TOJE vegetable bouillon
- 10 g of salt
- 100 g of grated carrot
- 50 g of batter drops per portion
- oil
Procedure:
Add 10g of the TOJE vegetable bouillon to 1 litre of boiling water and simmer. Roast the carrot in the oil and put it into the soup. When serving, pour batter drops with the soup and decorate with chopped parsley.
