Mushroom goulash with bacon Print E-mail
Ingredients:
  • 300 g of mushrooms or champignons
  • 300 g of English bacon
  • 300 g of the TOJE paste - goulash sauce
  • 60 g of the TOJE paste venison - mushroom
  • 60 g of flour
  • 3 litres of water
  • oil

Procedure:

Roast the English bacon cut into wide noodles in the oil, pour with water and add the TOJE paste goulash sauce and the TOJE paste venison - mushroom, cut mushrooms or champignons. Simmer it all for about 20 minutes and thicken with flour mixed with cold water. We recommend seasoning the mushroom goulash with the TOJE seasoning paste pepper - garlic. You can get more savorous taste of goulash. Potato dumplings are suitable side dish, but the bread is also enough.
