Powder mixtures TOJE allow you the simple preparation of both tub ice cream and draught ice cream. There is no need to add any basis, because they already contain it. In spite of their easy preparation you can produce ice cream with wonderful taste, quality and consistence.

Flavours - chocolate, yoghourt, vanilla
- Preparation: Stir the recommended dosage of the powder mixture (20 - 40g) with 260 - 300g of sugar and keep stirring, add 1 litre of water or milk according to the used powder. Ready, well stirred mixture without lumps leave to stand for 20 minutes with the cold production, pasteurize with the hot production.
- Minimum durability: 24 months
- Suggestion: when preparing the milk ice cream we recommend to use the full-cream milk
- Packet: paper bag 2 - 2,5kg according to the kind
